FAQ
Why does my JSON say it is invalid?
Common causes are single quotes, a trailing comma after the last item, or a missing closing brace. The error message points to where the problem was found.
Does Base64 support Thai and emoji?
Yes. Text is converted to UTF-8 before encoding, so decoding returns exactly the original.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on iPhone and Android, with no app to install.
Where do my files go? Are they stored?
Nowhere. Files are processed only in your browser, are never uploaded to a server, and are gone when you close the page.
